AS A COMMUNITY PRACTICE WE WANT YOU TO BE AWARE
OF SAFE PRACTICES TO AVOID COVID-19

Those in the following categories should avoid public situations: • 60 years of age or older •  underlying health conditions •  weakened immune systems • pregnant.

All of us should:

  1. Wash hands every time we enter or leave a building. Wash  with soap and water for 20 seconds or more. If this is not possible, use hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
  2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  3. Avoid close contact (within 6 feet) of people who are sick. Practice social distancing when possible by minimizing interactions with others in groups of 10 or more.
  4. An EPA’s approved lists of disinfectants against Covid 19 is found here:
    https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-disinfectants-use-against-sars-cov-2
  5. Stay home if you’re sick, except to get medical care; Consult reliable, evidence-based sources of information such as: US Centers for Disease Control, Washington State Dept. of Health, King County & Seattle Public Health
