OF SAFE PRACTICES TO AVOID COVID-19
Those in the following categories should avoid public situations: • 60 years of age or older • underlying health conditions • weakened immune systems • pregnant.
All of us should:
- Wash hands every time we enter or leave a building. Wash with soap and water for 20 seconds or more. If this is not possible, use hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Avoid close contact (within 6 feet) of people who are sick. Practice social distancing when possible by minimizing interactions with others in groups of 10 or more.
